I am 5\'7". I know my two boys made it necessary. Babies take their toll. A mother\'s life is full of self sacrifice\":-)\"  Glad we have options like tt to make it better.---

I am not sure since I have not had mine yet.  But I am 5\'8" but
I have noticed that most are closer to 5 foot.  Being tall I can
hide my weight longer than others.  But that means I can put on
10 to 15 pounds before changing pant sizes.  But then it is harder
to get off that 10 pounds verses 5.  My TT is needed from having
children so I don\'t know if height effects childbirth stretching.

I am 5\'7, didn\'t lose a lot of weight and have never had children. I had an abdominal surgery to remove a ten pound tumor from my uterus that left me with a vertical scar.  The trade off of having the TT scar instead is well worth all I went through. I think we all have different body types as well as needs for having a tummy tuck.---

Half and inch over six foot tall.

A big baby at 35; many gynecological surgeries; and finally, a bad round of hyper then hypothyroidism that really packed on the weight, leaving me with a buddha belly.  Since I had to have an abdominal hysterectomy, I was going to be damned if I was going to let my belly be sewed back up that way!---

That\'s a good question. I\'m pretty short, 5\'1", but me gaining 80 pounds when I was pregnant had to do with me needing a TT.---

You know, I think us shorter girls are probably short waisted so it shows up more on us...I am 5\'3" and am short waisted.  We have less space in which to carry weight and it all bunches up around our middles...Taller women can put on more weight because it is distributed better...that\'s my thought anyway!---

5\'1" here too.\":-)\"
I\'ve had 4 babies with 2 of them being over 9 pounds.  I also gained a nice amount of weight with each one.  The first two I gained quite a bit and both were the biggest.
Then I gained only around 40lbs with my third.  But...  I ended up with severe preeclampsia with my last little guy and even though I had him early and he was my smallest, I think I gained almost the most due to all the swelling I got.

So I think size and weight gain with pregnancies (and big babies) helped to lead me on the TT path.lol---
