I don\'t know all the details but if you had some sag and then dropped so much in the implant size that would take quite a bit of reduction of skin to make them perky. I am sorry you are disappointed and hope the ladies have some suggestions ofd good lift surgeons. Did you consider getting a bigger implant?? Maybe in the 400 range??---
