I so agree with you Shelly - my single years were some of my happiest!!!!!  I loved it.  And believe me, just like you said, Mr. Right will show up at the oddest time......but he will be there.  :)---

Thanks Suzanne.   I will know, won\'t I.   Just worrying I could be intentionally looking for something wrong to stay right where I am in my comfort zone, but I think you\'re right.   Hugs! Kim

You are totally right Shelley!   I was worried I wouldn\'t know, but from listening to all of you, I\'m sure I will.   Hey, a pub is where I met this guy!  I\'m too busy right now anyway.   I\'ll hang out again if he asks but otherwise, I\'ll focus on me.   Thanks!!

Thanks Bailey!   You ladies are all so wise!   I\'ll just hang around and work on things for myself until God decides I\'m ready for Mr. Right.   I may not be on my childhood plan of marriage and such, but there must be a bigger plan.   Well, time for work.   See, I\'m too busy for a guy right now anyway!  :)   Hugs, Kim

Kim - I have huge faith in you.......I know things are going to click sooner or later. :)  And when they do, you will wonder where it came from - because you will not be expecting it at all.  Trust me it will happen sweetie. :)---

Oh, you\'ll eventually find someone that you click with!!!  I\'m sure of it!!!  The more you get out & meet new people, the better your chances are.  I think you have the right idea....even if this one might not be someone you really click with, he might introduce you to his friends (men & women) and in turn they\'ll introduce you to others.
I always looked at dating as a way to meet new people that I wouldn\'t have had a chance to meet another way.  I really wasn\'t looking for "Mr.Right" as much as someone that I just really enjoyed being around.  (I\'ve been single for 19 years, so I\'m pretty set in my ways!!!  Bought my home all on my own, raised my son by myself, etc)
It will happen for you, as long as you are getting out there!!!  It might take a little while to meet someone you click with, but I\'m sure it will happen!!!---

Thanks Bailey!   I\'m not down, just matter of fact.   Although I would prefer sooner rather than later!   LOL   Hope you had a good weekend!   Hugs!!! :)

Just my opinion, but I think sometimes we are looking way too hard to find "Mr.Right" and get too focused on that?  Instead, maybe you should consider your dating experiences as a way to meet new friends???  As soon as we stop looking for Mr. Right, he appears!!!

I bet I went out with 100 different men in the past few years....was soooo frustrated with the whole thing.  Was ready to give up dating compeletly & then I met my BF (who I\'ve been with for a year & a half now)  So, ya never know when you could meet someone that you really "click" with!

Wishing the best for you!!!!  :)---

Hi Kim.. these ladies speak the truth lol.. I was single for years, went out with heaps of guys.. just never clicked with any of them.

the minute i laid eyes on my dh in a pub (how tacky can you get?) my entire body said WOW WOW WOW WOW...we\'ve been together for 4 years now and are building our dream home.

chin up chicky..it\'ll happen!  till it does, relish in being on your own.  I found being single really empowering and to be honest, sometimes i miss having all that ME time!:P---

Well, I don\'t know how much I\'m ONLY looking for Mr. Right.   I wouldn\'t mind just having a Right now for a little!  LOL   He is a nice guy so I\'m not saying I won\'t go out with him again.   Maybe he has friends ;-)  Gotta love inmpatience though!   Glad you understand how dating is frustrating.   I will feel that click, won\'t I?   So I won\'t think I\'m just avoiding finding happiness because of fear of rejection, it\'s just they aren\'t right.

Thanks for your help!   Hugs!!! Kim
