Thanks Hun,

I just worry about it because this was a revision and I was told there wouldn\'t be any dropping or settling because the pocket already existed and he didn\'t change it.  Just removed the old implant and put in a new one.  My old Saline implants would distort significantly with the muscle flexed and the right was worse looking than the left, so I am wondering if maybe now the scarring is worse.

Thanks for your input!!! :)

I need to talk to my PS about massage because before he said I didn\'t need to do massage.  He never tells people to do it.  I bought some vitamin E 1000, I will start taking them.  It really does feel like it is stuck there at the bottom.  I massage all the time regardless of what he said, because I figured it can\'t hurt it.  It doesn\'t want to go in a downward motion.  The left goes full circle no resistance...right feels like I am only moving the skin and tissue on top when I go down.

I haven\'t worn the Wacoal around yet.  I was concerned about how close the wires were in front so I wanted opinions first.  I could wear it at home after a shower for a bit I guess.  The Frederick\'s would be a 34F for you.  They do not do E.  I think that it wouldn\'t gape then.

Thanks for the response!

Hugs,
jen---

Thanks for the advice Carol!  I guess I just keep going back to what my PS said about how I wouldn\'t have any dropping because my pockets already existed.  Could it be that the pocket shrunk (due to deflation) or already had an odd shape to it or extra scar tissue and it not allowing the implant to full drop into it?  It just feels stuck on the bottom.  From the incision down.  For example, if I press downward on the top of the breast with my other hand below that breast, I can feel the implant bulge out of a half dollar sized area to the bottom right of the breast, but it doesn\'t move elsewhere.

I agree with you on the 34DDD.  I wish I could find some.  That I think is the perfect size, but so far I have had no luck in any of the stores I have gone to.  36 band size is just too big and the 34F at Fredericks fits very well, but as you said it pushes up.  So far those are the only bras I have been able to find and I haven\'t wore the racer back one yet because I was unsure of using a 36DD.  When I come home from being home I can\'t wait to get out of the bra!---

Glad it has helped for you...I know I am still early in my recovery, I just wasn\'t very knowledgeable last time with the implants and wonder if I may have had a case of CC with the right before it deflated.

Thanks again!!

I tried to mark with an arrow what area I\'m talking about.  I think there\'s too much of a gap in the bra under the breast down to the wire.  I think you definately need the 34DD maybe 34DDD but the 36DD doesn\'t look like it fits right.  I\'ve been taught that the wire should sit right under the breast not leaving a gap.  Someone correct me if I\'m wrong but that\'s how I\'ve always been shown.

By the way, I too have the FOH Extreme Bra in a 34F.  That one fits you very nice.  I don\'t wear mine too often.  Since it does lift quite a bit it makes me feel confined, but boy does it give great cleavage...Ok .---

Hi Bailey,

Thanks for the bra tip and the CC questions.  I will look for the Felina Harlow online.  I believe 34DDD is the correct size.  That is the problem I have found with store bras; they are VERY grandmotherly.  The Nordstrom I went to didn\'t have a very large lingerie selection so I don\'t believe I got to see that one.  I will look at another.

I plan to call my PS again this week.  When I went in a couple weeks ago, he wasn\'t there and I saw another doctor.  She didn\'t have the history and said maybe he just did more work there and to try massaging it.

I would say it is probably about 30% firmer (wow...that is hard to determine)  It is not like it\'s a rock...but it is firmer.  It moves up fine, but the lower portion (below the incision) is what seems to be stuck (for lack of a better word) to the skin or muscle???
The pain I get is random. Not constantly through the day.  I am very aware of that implant though, not like I am with the left.  The right feels foreign.  I get shooting pains in it, and I get burning.  I do get a little burning with left by the incision too.

Thanks for offering your advice and caring Bailey! :)

Thanks Carol!  I just have to breakdown and buy online.  I have had such problem in the past doing it that I tend to avoid it.

Appreciate your help!

Thanks Merri,

I don\'t fit in a 34DD but a 34DDD is difficult to find in stores.  I know the 36 is too big, but is always the suggestion of the salesperson! UGH!!

The only thing I was told was to make sure the wire wasn\'t too close to the implant underneath my breast.  The PS\'s staff and nurses told me this.  Unfortunately, they poke my ribs when they are that low.

Thanks so much for your input!!!

Jen :)

Thanks! I like the way it look and feels in the cup size.  But I hate how the wire jabs my left ribcage! That was the only one they had in my size! One bra! LOL

<<<I get shooting pains in it, and I get burning. I do get a little burning with left by the incision too.>>>

Jen - this is perfectly normal, and doesn\'t mean you have CC.  You are still healing and the burning and shooting pains are the nerves trying to regenerate. :)

However, the firmness is something to be concerned with.  It could be that your implant because it hasn\'t dropped down, that scar tissue has formed in the bottom part of the pocket.....ask about trying to use the strap.  If you have CC - with only 30% firmness, you would probably only have stage II, which is the ideal stage to start Accolate.  The earlier you get on this medication the better with the CC irradicating itself.  The further along you are, the chances go down considerably with the medication working.---
