Advice on Chin/jaw augmentation

Hi JD!! I agree with the others: WHY WAIT? I got surgery when I was 18. It would SO improve your looks and at 6\'2", eyes of blue...well, need I say more ;-) ? Go for it! Also, thank you so much for not plucking your eyebrows.

I agree, don\'t wait. Especially since the chin surgery and neck lipo are a breeze to recover from.

» Those morphs are totally unrealistic.

» I would go see a couple of PS for consults.

The front morph looks very realistic. Now the profile could be a problem.

He specifically asked about those procedures (except the cheek implants), and I morphed his pics accordingly.  If you read my post, you\'ll see I said it\'s not what I think that matters.  Everyone\'s tastes are different.

Also, JC, I disagree with the one surgery at a time statement.  If you\'re going to do implants, you want to REDUCE the number of times you\'re under anesthesia.  Every time you go under, you\'re risking your life.

Anyway, I\'m not saying he should get any of the procedures done, I just gave my subjective opinion on what looks best--that is what he asked for, right?

haha i understand what he was trying to do.  I also know that neck lipo would not have those severe results.  Its more of the contour of my throat/neck than it is fat.  I do think I would go with the 1 step at a time approach.  I think less is best in this situation, because id rather not spend that extra x thousand dollars and regret it. And like I mentioned, I\'m not in a rush with this so I am open to hearing everyones opinions.  Thanks for all the recomendations so far guys.

I think a chinimplant alone would do it.
And it could look like that..

I think you are pretty handsome, I would say just a chin implant and maybe neck lipo, nothing else. And why wait?, chin implants are not that expensive.

Hi JD,

I made a couple of morphs from your front-on and profile shots.  I gave you jaw and chin implants, as well as neck lipo.  Additionally, I added cheek implants, because I think they put together the whole look.  Let me say this, whomever pointed out the bite issue is correct.  Even as I morphed your profile, the chin impant doesn\'t look "quite right."  Don\'t get me wrong, it\'ll look and feel perfectly normal, it just won\'t be perfect.  If you want perfection, the bite issue will need to be fixed, and then you would probably need a chin implant to counter any remaining recession.  Anyway, I\'ll let you decide what you think looks right, because my tastes certainly are not everyone\'s tastes (and most importantly, yours).

The morphs aren\'t unrealistic at all.  They\'re the result of a chin implant, jaw implants, cheek implants and neck lipo.  They\'re certainly not perfect, but they\'re obtainable.  What makes you think they\'re "unrealistic?"

The neck is what I meant by unrealistic. Your neck will never look like that and lipo only gives you minor improvement. A neck blyplasty will also only remove some skin.

I may have been a bit aggressive with the neck lipo, but remember the jaw and chin implants would help the sagging skin, as the new structure would fill out the area.

Carter, I wonder what it would look like if you morphed his upper lip and philtrum slightly from the side view, to change the angle of the area below the nose and above the mouth?
