There is this belief going around now that all plastic surgeons who have surgical training (and are not simply GP\'s with a bit of extra training) are better than dermatologists or cosmetic surgeons. After all, the real plastic/reconstructive surgeons have undergone about 8 extra years training. However it\'s not always the case that they are the best. Dr. Morris Ritz, for example, is responsible for what has been described as the worst case of medical malpractice seen in Australia. A young mother of five went to him and lost an entire breast, and is scarred for life. He failed to inform her of the possible dangers in breast surgeory and did no real follow up with her even when things became serious. This doctor is a bit of a con in many ways because his bed-side manner seems so kind and caring but he\'s not. I know for a fact that he is prepared to alter patients files in order to save his own skin and he is very deceitful. Women should know these things but we are all kept in the closet about the truth.
