The whole specialty tag to me is a little overrated. It\'s a lot of good marketing.

If a surgeon has good skills and does a lot of surgeries; rhinos, implants, lifts, he can do many procedures well.

I doubt Dr.Yaremchuk was luckily appointed to his position at Harvard Med.

OK...go to DR. Y. for a nose job...

One thing....ask him how many he does in one year and ask to see his book of noses.

» just cause his name isn\'t Toriumi, doesn\'t mean that he doesn\'t do a great
» nose. I went to see a surgeon who claimed to be a rhinoplasty expert, yet
» he had only done a few hundred rhinoplasties! He charged a lot too, just

» the board if anyone has had a rhinoplasty with him before. I ended up with
» a surgeon in the san francisco bay area that is well respected in cosmetic
» and reconstructive facial surgery. He has done over 4,000 rhinoplasties,
» and his before and after\'s were amazing. He has never once been mentioned
» on this board.

Try asking on the facial surgery board, there are a couple of people there who had nose work with Dr Y along with their implants because it was convenient. He generally is not regarded as a nose surgeon but works with another surgeon in his building who is.  I wouldn\'t mistake "Harvard" for "nose-worthy".

Can anyone comment on Dr.Yaremchuk\'s skills as a rhino doctor?

he seems to be good at implants and lifts, I suspect he\'s probbaly very good at rhinos as well, but would like to hear some feedback from patients of his.
