Diet plan?

Hi i am James from USA. I am 65 years old and my weight is over 165 lbs, i am worried about my weight and now i want to do dieting. Do you have any best diet plan.

Here i am writing my diet plan.
I eat one apple and drink banana shake in breakfast.
I eat chicken role with salad in lunch.
I mostly take green tea at 5:00 pm
I eat some rice in dinner, and i lost my 32 lbs weight in 2 month by using this diet.

breakfast: oatmeal(no sugar) with nuts and raisins and a little bit of honey, then 3 eggs(3 whites and 1 yolk) and 1 whole grain toast with peanut butter and a low fat slice of cheese
mid morning:nuts
lunch:brown rice, chicken meat or fish and some vegetables (mainly broccoli)
post workout: whey protein 100% gold standard 1 scoop
dinner: the same thing you ate in lunch


i wake up at 6:00 am and of course between meals dymatize super amino 12 pills per day. can i build lots of muscle mass with this?
