breakfast: oatmeal(no sugar) with nuts and raisins and a little bit of honey, then 3 eggs(3 whites and 1 yolk) and 1 whole grain toast with peanut butter and a low fat slice of cheese
mid morning:nuts
lunch:brown rice, chicken meat or fish and some vegetables (mainly broccoli)
post workout: whey protein 100% gold standard 1 scoop
dinner: the same thing you ate in lunch
i wake up at 6:00 am and of course between meals dymatize super amino 12 pills per day. can i build lots of muscle mass with this?
