First just wanted to say the reason I didn't put this in any other category is because it is m7ltiple this I need help on. Anyways here it goes I'm 18, 5’9 I weigh about 235 and I got a belly on me. And yes I do want that " chiseled look" I do plenty of physical activities thought out every day but I'm a student and I don't have money to buy the healthy stuff which brings me to how would I go about managing my intake on food and what workout regimen should I start out with. Also I do have some stretch marks on my stomach and armpit area will they go away after I start losing weight also I know when you lose weight you sometimes get loose skin will i have loose skin? And sorry for the #%@&! writing I'm on my phone and I appreciate all the help oh and one more thing if I put alot of effort in to it how long workout guys think it would take for me to get the chisseld look I know it spends on the person but a guesstimate would be great
