Hi

I\'ve started to lose a lot of weight, rather quickly.
I feel/ thinner and I weigh less on the scale.
I was wearing a shirt I normally wear and you could kind of see my stomach
in it, something you couldn\'t do before. It felt like even though I lost
weight, what I had was "jigglier" than before.
I didn\'t have large thighs, only stomach. Before I started losing this
weight, the fat in the area was not soft at all. Underneath, anyway. Now,
it looks...well...jigglier. LOL!
One of my friends actually has excess skin from losing an incredible
amount of weight in only 3 months. He now has excess skin that won\'t go
away without a tummy tuck. I am not resorting to the methods he used, but I
am not doing it in the healthiest way either...
So, here\'s my question: If you have a lot of weight to lose are you going
to have excess skin when it is lost, or does the amount of time (very
short) create the excess skin? Or is it both? Can anyone explain?
I probably did a horrible job explaining my actual question, so feel free
to ask me to clarify anything...I appreciate any info anyone might have!

I have lost 107 pounds... Prior to my mini TT (I had VERY little skin to remove, and could have gotten by without ever having a TT at all), I had lost 75 pounds...
I lost it very slowly, and by using weight training more than cardio, which allowed me to tighten as I lost...
If you don\'t have stretchmarks and are fairly young, there is a chance that you can lose it slow and steady and not have excess skin... you just won\'t know until you are "there"...
