Scars (what if anything can be done to get rid of them?)

Help...I had lipo four years ago via ultrasonic. The result was good,
 however, the scars are large and unsightly. I dermatologist looking at my
 back asked why I had such large scars. I have two types of scars..pin
 cushion type depressed ones that look sucked in and raised hypertrophied
 ones that look like raised growths. Can either be treated with any laser or
 peel treatments?

I would like to recommend you one website scar removal where you can find everything about scar correction and removal, procedure description, prices etc. and you can consult plastic surgeons directly.

I am having dermabrasion to get rid of scars on my face that I got from an auto accident not sure if it would work on your though but it doesn;t hurt to ask!
