There is a hge difference between board certified plastic surgeons and cosmetic surgeons. If you want the best, you have him in your backyard. Dr. Jack Sheen is your man. He\'s a board certified plastic surgeon and his office is on Pueble street in Santa Barbara. He makes every \"best plastic surgeon\" list consistently for his work on noses. I know this because I am writing a consumer guide book on plastic surgery and have complied a list of the best MDS...Sheen is one I hope to include in the book. He is an artist when it comes to noses and someday I hope to have him redo mine...Long ago when I had a rhinoplasty, I knew very little about this specialty; consequently I have lived with a dent in my nose for 25 years. I\'d go to him first for a consultation, tell him you want a facelift too and see what he says. The two procedures are done together but I warn you, you\'ll be in lots of pain post-op...recovery from either procedure is no walk in the park. If you really want it done, call for an appt...my guess is you\'ll have to wait...you usually do for the really good Docs. Please keep me posted.
