What I am going to need is a good cosmetic surgeon in Canada or the US (preferably Canada) who will have all of the following:
1. will be able to do the consultation AND surgery in the same week, since I don\'t want to have to make 2 expensive trips to the location.
2. will perform rhinoplasty and possibly some cheek implants, but the former is the most important.
3. the price of the rhinoplasty will be under $4000 (CAN). I don\'t want to make price too much of an issue but unfortunately it does make my choice in physicians limited.
4. will be available for the consultation and surgery sometime for between late January 2002 and March 2002, but a little later would also be considered.
